Requirements Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a Business-related course. Experience: 2–4 years of experience in HR in a fast-paced environment. Experience in recruitment, employee relations, Performance Management, & Learning and development. Certifications: CHRP certification is an added advantage. Knowledge & Skills: Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor laws & HR Best practices. Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
