Account and profile data
This includes your name, email, optional phone and location, CV or skills profile, saved jobs, alerts, and application activity. Session cookies keep you signed in securely.
Private documents
Candidate CVs and verification documents are stored privately and accessed through authorized or signed URLs. We do not share your details with employers without your consent or an application you start.
Payments
M-Pesa profile verification is paused, so we are not collecting a verification fee right now. If paid verification returns, payment callbacks and sensitive records stay restricted to service-side and administrator access.
Your controls
You can manage profile visibility, marketing consent, and job alerts. To request deletion of eligible account data after identity confirmation, use the Data Deletion page or email support. Some records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, payment reconciliation, legal compliance, or audit integrity.
