Refund Policy
No verification fee is collected while M-Pesa profile verification is paused. This page covers historical payments and any future paid verification.
Current state
You do not pay Tujiajiri to create an account or to apply right now. If someone asks you to pay them to get hired, that is not a Tujiajiri fee — report it.
Historical and future paid verification
When M-Pesa profile verification is offered, the stated fee (KSh 1,000) is a platform trust check. It does not guarantee employment, interviews, shortlisting, employer contact, or job placement, and it is not refundable because you did not get a job.
Duplicate or technical errors
If a duplicate payment or a technical processing issue occurs, email support@tujiajiri.co.ke or call 0796 192 425 with your M-Pesa receipt number for review. Never send your PIN.
