What the fee covers
This fee covers profile verification, platform trust checks, payment processing, and account review. Payment does not guarantee employment, interviews, shortlisting, employer contact, or job placement.
Technical issues
If duplicate payment or a technical processing issue occurs, contact support with your M-Pesa receipt number for review.
