Deputy Nursing Services Manager Job Thika Sam’s Hospital Anne The Thika Sam’s Hospital Annex is seeking to recruit a Deputy Nursing Services Manager To assist in the planning, coordination, supervision, and continuous improvement of nursing services while ensuring high-quality patient care and effective management of nursing staff. Qualifications and Experience Diploma in Nursing or an equivalent relevant Nursing qualification from a recognized institution. A valid practising licence from the relevant professional regulatory body. At least one (1) year of experience in a similar managerial or supervisory nursing role. Proven leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and make sound clinical and administrative decisions.
