Overview

Role Summary To provide strategic and operational leadership of the Hospital's Facilities Management function by ensuring the safe, efficient and cost-effective management of buildings, utilities, biomedical support coordination, security, housekeeping, waste management, landscaping, transport, maintenance services and contracted service providers. The role is responsible for maintaining a safe, compliant and patient-centred environment while supporting uninterrupted clinical operations, regulatory compliance and asset preservation. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Building & Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Estate Management or another related field from a recognized institution. Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Professional certification in Facilities Management, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management, or a related discipline will be an added advantage (Preferred). Minimum of five (5) years' experience in facilities, operations, hospitality, or support services management. Minimum of three (3) years' experience supervising multidisciplinary teams. Experience working in a healthcare facility or similarly complex institution is preferred.
