Qualifications & Experience Relevant diploma/degree or professional qualification in people & culture or a related field. Minimum 7 years' relevant experience, including supervisory/management responsibility; luxury hotel or resort experience preferred. Strong leadership, planning, cost-control and team-management capability. Excellent communication, guest/service orientation and ability to deliver high standards in a pre-opening environment.
