Overview
What You'll Do Develop budgets and budget justifications/narratives for U.S. Government grant acquisition efforts and other institutional donors. Support financial management across the grant lifecycle, from proposal development through grant closeout. Prepare donor-compliant financial reports and conduct budget variance analysis. Monitor expenditures, forecasts, and financial performance. Support donor and procurement audits, including Single Audits. Strengthen financial controls and ensure compliance with donor regulations. Partner with finance, program, legal, compliance, and field teams across multiple countries. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. 3-5+ years of relevant experience in grants finance, donor compliance, or financial management. Experience with donor-funded grants, preferably within an NGO or international development environment. Demonstrated experience developing budgets and budget narratives for U.S. Government grants. Strong working knowledge of 2 CFR 200 (Uniform Guidance) and experience working with UN and other institutional donors. Experience supporting or managing Single Audits for U.S. Government-funded programs. Excellent budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analytical skills. Strong collaboration skills and a team-player mindset.
