Health & Safety Specialist Job Sunda International Kajiado, Kenya About the Role: Sunda International is looking for a Health & Safety Specialist to support workplace safety, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and promote a strong safety culture across our manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities: Conduct workplace safety inspections and identify potential hazards. Support risk assessments and implement corrective actions. Monitor compliance with health and safety policies and regulations. Investigate workplace incidents and follow up on corrective actions. Coordinate fire safety inspections, emergency drills, and ERT activities. Deliver safety inductions and awareness training for employees. Maintain accurate health and safety records and reports. Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field. At least one year of experience in occupational health and safety, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. NEBOSH IGC or an equivalent safety certification is an added advantage. Good knowledge of hazard identification, risk assessment, and workplace safety practices. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
