Job OverviewDubai Islamic Bank Kenya Limited, a fully owned subsidiary of Dubai Islamic Bank PJSC (AE), is seeking a Manager for Finance Business Planning & Budgeting. The Bank offers a wide range of Islamic financial products and services based on ethical banking principles. The Manager will report to the Head of Finance and be responsible for the bank's planning and budgeting processes, monitoring financial performance, driving financial results through business partnerships, managing finance-related information systems, and optimizing costs and revenues.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport strategic business objectives through planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.Analyze and interpret financial and management data, including variance analysis, to support planning, coordination, and accountability.Advise on new initiatives, product launches, risk profiling, and financial health of business units.Ensure timely provision of performance data for Distribution, Corporate, and Treasury businesses on various periodic bases.Provide business intelligence and KPIs for frontline staff including Branch Managers and Relationship Managers.Manage accounts, reporting, cost allocation, and Funds Transfer Pricing engines to produce detailed reports and dashboards.Contribute to strategic channel management through analysis of channel MIS data.Provide backup support for financial controls including statutory accounts preparation and audit support.Prepare financial accounts for management review, group reporting, and board papers.Identify efficiency improvement opportunities and conduct revenue assurance audits.Ensure proper documentation and approval of projects, including financial analysis and post-implementation reviews.RequirementsFully qualified CPA or Chartered Accountant or equivalent.University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Studies.Minimum 7 years post-qualification experience in accounting or audit.Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Strong numerical and Microsoft Excel skills.Data mining skills using SQL.Strong analytical thinking and integration skills.Negotiation and presentation skills.Creative, self-driven, flexible, and able to work under pressure.Strategic planning capabilities.How to ApplySend your CV and cover letter to careers@dibkenya.co.ke by Monday, 24th August 2026.
