Nurse In-Charge at Premier Hospital

Overview

Nurse In-Charge will plan, organize, coordinate and supervise inpatient and outpatient nursing services to ensure high standards of nursing care in line with hospital policies, procedures and quality standards. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS Diploma in Kenya Registered Community Health Nursing; a degree in Nursing will be an added advantage. Valid Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK) license. Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or in-charge role. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is mandatory. Excellent clinical, customer service, communication, interpersonal and problem- solving skills.
