Mission Description Diploma / Degree in Commerce or related field. 3 yrs in C & F Profile 1) Stocking Role • TALO/ CFAO Chassis upload . TALO/ CFAO and SAP PO creation, goods receipt and invoice processing 2) Monthly Stock Take • TALO/ CFAO stocks audit before stock take • TALO/CFAO reconciliation after stock take 3) Customs Duty payments i.e. Tax payments processing • Validation of customs agent declarations • Preparation of payment request i.e. entry, evidence of validation, cover sheet with breakdown of costs (Duty, excise, VAT as per Finance format) • Preparation of Citi direct upload files 4) Invoice Processing • Receiving invoices i.e. port, ex-warehouse, warehouse, accessory and transport invoices including ANT invoices • Verification and processing invoices for approval based on the tariff cards or LPO in case of accessories with supporting documents • Preparation of ANT invoicing statistics and drafts to ensure accurate monthly invoicing for all services rendered within the month. 5) Logistics planning and tracking • Alignment of the logistics planning in line with CFAO Sales and Operations processes. • Tracking inventory under intermediate movements i.e. vehicle units at accessory suppliers and demonstration units based on CFAO LPOs and instructions. • Tracking inventory under intermediate movements using the ANT Yard management system and based on CFAO LPOs and instructions. 6) File management and archiving • File management and control of all CFAO Logistics operations as per the approved SOP. (Using SPOT, EDOC, and any other approved systems) • File management and control of all ANT Logistics operations as per approved SOP; (Using SPOT, EDOC, and any other approved systems) • Archiving all CFAO Logistics operations documents as per approved SOP. (Using SPOT, EDOC, and any other approved systems) 7) Systems super user Lead the deployment and sustenance of the utilization of the onsite systems, Yard management System, Synertrade, TALO, ANATA.
