Through his appointment, there are offices under the office of the Archbishop that help him run the Archdiocese. These offices, known collectively as the Secretariat, are mandated with specific tasks that oversee the leadership and management of the clergy, parishes, enterprises and the Archdiocese as a whole. Key Responsibilities Teaching all relevant and required lessons. Preparing, conducting and marking examinations Participating in the development and preparation of the institutional development plan. In liaison with the immediate supervisor to market the institution. In liaison with the other team members to prepare training schedules and professional documents for each term. In liaison with the head teacher to listen and solve pupils’ grievances. Requirements Knowledge of teaching methodologies and developing professional records Knowledge of education system in Kenya Creativity Good interpersonal skills and human relations skills Good communication skills Qualifications Certificate in Primary Teacher Education Must be TSC registered Training in CBC will be an added advantage
