Jubilee Insurance is ISO certified and highly rated for leadership, quality, and risk management.We are seeking a Product Management Intern to join Jubilee Life Insurance Limited, reporting to the Senior Manager - Digital Factory Operations, based at our Main Office.The Product Management Intern will support the Startup Innovation Program and venture-building initiatives by acting as a liaison between startups, external partners, and internal teams. The role involves driving digital solutions from concept validation through pilot execution while maintaining a strong product focus.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist startups with market and product validation, refining value propositions, analyzing market fit, and scoping digital product features.Translate business and innovation objectives into clear technical and functional requirements.Support defining MVP scopes to enable rapid and impactful market testing.Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, Product, Business, and Innovation to align priorities.Manage program roadmaps, track dependencies, and resolve bottlenecks to keep pilots on schedule.Provide data-driven progress and budget reports to leadership and stakeholders.Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, mentorship sessions, and masterclasses.Maintain relationships with ecosystem partners and startups, ensuring clear communication and expectations.Collect and analyze project data, identify risks and dependencies, and assist in preparing performance metrics and project closure documentation.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience in tech/startups.Previous internships or leadership roles in tech startups, accelerators, or venture capital firms are advantageous.Experience or academic background in project management is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is desirable.Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams with initiative, adaptability, and professionalism.How to ApplyIf qualified and interested, please apply via recruitment@jubileekenya.com quoting the Job Reference Number JLIL 421 and Position by 23rd July 2026.
