Sales & Marketing Intern (Vunoh Global) at Cytonn Investments

Overview

This role sits at the center of two things. Growing Vunoh's client base and building its brand across Kenya and the diaspora. Some days you will be reaching out to prospects and closing deals. Other days you will be writing content and running campaigns that support those same conversations. You get to see the whole journey, from someone noticing our brand to someone signing on as a client. If you want to understand sales and marketing together, not just one side of it, this role gives you that. We run AI first, so you will use AI tools daily to move faster on both fronts. Responsibilities Sales and client work Find potential clients across AI, Abroad opportunities, real estate, legal support, and other products as we develop them, and reach out to them directly. Pitch, follow up, negotiate and close. Build relationships with clients, partners and diaspora networks. Show up at events and forums. Track your pipeline and report on how many leads convert. Check in with clients after service delivery and collect honest feedback. Marketing and content Help execute Vunoh's weekly marketing plans as we grow across diaspora markets. Keep our brand consistent, from logo use to tone to visual style. Plan and publish campaigns across social media, email and diaspora channels. Rapidly conceptualize, record, edit, and post engaging short-form videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) to highlight Vunoh’s service pillars and build audience trust. Research how customers behave, what diaspora clients want to invest in and where they want to travel. Write and produce content, blogs, brochures, videos, social posts, that sounds like Vunoh. Track how campaigns perform and report the numbers that matter. Everything else Help vet and onboard service providers and partners. Keep the provider database current. Follow and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for lead management and content workflows in Kanban board and Google Workspace Work closely with the product and design teams through Kanban board and Google Workspace. Handle client and company information carefully, following our legal and operational standards. Requirements A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or something related.
