Programme Objective To develop and prepare young ICT graduates to take up employment opportunities in the ICT and other sectors by gaining workplace experience, mentorship, and building professional networks. Eligibility Requirements Degree Honors Graduated and attained First Class or Second Class Honours - Upper Division (or equivalent) from a recognized institution in the last two years (from Jan 2024). Awaiting Graduation If waiting graduation (till Dec 2026), provide a recommendation/reference letter from the University signed & stamped by the university indicating First or Upper Second-Class Honors to be awarded. Core Specializations Recent graduates in BSc. ICT or Engineering (Electrical & Electronics, Telecommunication, Systems/Software, Security). Must demonstrate technical competencies in core areas prior to interview. Age & Status MUST be a Kenyan youth (21-29 yrs) & unemployed.
