This position is a full-time, M-F, hourly position w/ an attractive wage and benefit package. Essential Duties: Job duties consist of training direct care staff in supporting people served in their personal life and skill development. Other duties consist of administrative paperwork, quality assurance, monthly reports, finances, and on-call rotation every 5 weeks. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED.
