Job Title: Branch Head – Freight Forwarding (Kenya) Location: Kenya (Onsite) Industry: Freight Forwarding / Logistics Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Kenya branch. The Branch Head will be responsible for developing operations, driving business growth, and representing the company in the Kenyan market. The ideal candidate must have strong industry expertise and established contacts within the local freight forwarding and logistics community. Key Responsibilities  Establish, manage, and grow the Kenya branch operations.  Develop new business opportunities and expand the company’s presence in the Kenyan market.  Represent the company with clients, forwarders, agents, and industry stakeholders.  Build and maintain strong relationships with Kenyan logistics partners.  Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.  Drive profitability and operational excellence through effective leadership.  Report regularly to Head Office on branch performance and market trends. Requirements  Minimum 10+ years of experience in freight forwarding/logistics, with leadership exposure.  Strong network and established contacts within the Kenyan freight forwarding and logistics industry.  Proven track record in business development and branch growth.  Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.  Ability to work independently and represent the company in Kenya.  Knowledge of import/export procedures, documentation, and compliance.
