JOB SUMMARY What You Will DoWork in pairs with Business development Officers and Collections OfficersSupport and maintain an excellent work environment to achieve branch targetsDeliver first rate customer serviceAssist in accurate and timely reporting of Management Information and market feedback to report on customer preferences, trends and market opportunitiesAssist in contacting debtors to receive paymentAssist in following up on defaulters to recover paymentsCarry out customer education and maintain relationshipsGenerating sales leadsQualificationsA good level of general education- Diploma or degreeComputer literacyEducation background in sales/MarketingExperience in a related field will be an added advantageExperience in a financial institution will be an added advantage REQUIRED SKILLS Customer service, Marketing, Sales strategy, Sales performance tracking and reporting REQUIRED EDUCATION Diploma, Associate's degree
