What You'll Do Working closely with Business Development and Collections officers, you will contribute to the branch’s revenue goals and customer satisfaction. • Collaborate side‑by‑side with Business Development Officers and Collections Officers to execute daily sales activities. • Help maintain a productive office atmosphere that drives the branch toward its performance targets. • Provide courteous, prompt service to clients, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint. • Gather and relay market intelligence, customer preferences, and emerging trends to management for strategic reporting. • Contact overdue borrowers, negotiate payment arrangements, and follow up on delinquent accounts to recover outstanding balances. • Educate clients on Tenakata’s financial products, fostering long‑term relationships and repeat business. • Identify and qualify new sales leads through research, cold‑calling, and networking activities. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is a motivated graduate or diploma holder eager to launch a career in sales and fintech. • Possession of a diploma or bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, marketing, or a related discipline. • Basic computer skills and familiarity with common office software. • Strong communication abilities and a customer‑focused mindset. • Prior exposure to sales or marketing activities is advantageous, though not mandatory. • Experience within a financial institution will be considered a plus.
