Overview

Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise the Asset Finance team to achieve individual and team sales, disbursement, and portfolio targets. Drive client acquisition and business growth by identifying new markets, prospects, and opportunities for asset-financing products. Coach, mentor, and motivate Loan Officers through regular performance reviews, training, and on-the-job support. Monitor loan applications and portfolio performance, ensuring applications are properly assessed and processed in line with company policies. Ensure portfolio quality by monitoring repayments, following up on overdue accounts, and supporting effective loan recovery and collection efforts. Promote Asset Finance products by developing sales initiatives and supporting the team in converting prospective customers into active clients.
